New high-performance wet grinding and dispersion machine capable of handling microbeads of 0.1 mm diameter or smaller.

≪Features≫ ◆ The Dyno-Mill NPM type utilizes a newly developed centrifugal separator, allowing the use of microbeads ranging from 0.05mmφ to 0.2mmφ. ◆ The bead centrifugal separator is independently driven, enabling stable flow rates for processing materials from low to high viscosity, with the ability to set the rotation speed regardless of the agitator speed. ◆ Like the Dyno-Mill ECM type, it employs an accelerator, which allows for efficient and uniform energy transfer to microbeads, accommodating a wide range of applications from low to high circumferential speeds. ◆ By using microbeads, it is possible to efficiently disperse nanomaterials without crushing the raw material particles. ◆ We will propose models based on the desired processing capacity.
