basic information
This is an introduction to the contact switch type differential pressure gauge with electrical contacts handled by Kobata Instrument Manufacturing, which manufactures and sells pressure gauges and differential pressure gauges. 【Features】 ○ The Bourdon tube type differential pressure gauge is equipped with a contact type electrical contact, allowing for the opening and closing of electrical circuits simultaneously with differential pressure measurement, making it ideal for alarms during abnormal pressure conditions. ○ Available in single contact type (upper limit, lower limit) and double contact type (upper and lower limits). ○ By rotating the setting knob located at the center of the indicator, it can be easily set to the desired pressure from the outside. ○ Electrical wiring is connected to the terminal terminals inside the terminal box. ○ Sizes: φ150, φ200. ○ Shapes: DPGN type (wall-mounted), DPGD type (embedded). ○ Normal operating reference pressure ranges from 0 to 0.1 MPa to 0 to 8 MPa (standard for liquid-contact SUS specifications is up to 3.5 MPa). ○ Maximum scale for differential pressure is 1/3 or 1/5 of the normal operating reference pressure. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.

Company information
The Wright brothers first took to the skies, fulfilling humanity's dream of flight, about a century ago in 1903. Six years later, in 1909, our first founder, Kyuemon Kobata, established Kobata Instrument Manufacturing Company in the Utsubo area of Nishi Ward, Osaka. He anticipated the wave of industrialization that was to come and focused on the Bourdon tube pressure gauge, which at that time had few domestic manufacturers and relied heavily on imports. He conducted extensive research and successfully applied the techniques from his family's hardware manufacturing business to produce Bourdon tubes. In 2009, we celebrated our 100th anniversary, during which time our company has produced pressure gauges under the "Anchor Mark" brand, gaining popularity and being adopted across various industries, including shipbuilding. Since then, we have developed and manufactured numerous control devices, including pressure switches with unique mechanisms that utilize pressure measurement technology. Currently, we handle a wide range of measurement and control devices for pressure, differential pressure, liquid level, temperature, and flow, and we continue to strive day and night to become a company that can provide extensive support in measurement and control to all of you.
