High positional accuracy for repeated positioning during tact operation for tact transport belts.
A ring-shaped belt made of stainless steel strip for springs, welded by plasma or laser. ◆Product Features◆ - Minimal elongation, reducing acceleration and deceleration time. - Since it uses friction transmission, there is no backlash like in engagement transmission. - The belt thickness is extremely thin, resulting in less vibration and chatter, enabling high-precision power transmission. - The surface is very smooth, allowing for the transport of parts with burrs and powders. - Usable over a wide temperature range from low to high temperatures, enabling heating, drying, and cooling. - The surface is very hard, allowing for cutting and scraping of workpieces. ◆We design and manufacture products and installations tailored to your applications, from belts to conveyors. For details, please use the inquiry sheet from the catalog download.
