G-UP Screen TMG Type - Round Vibrating Sieve for Removing Foreign Objects in Flour Milling
TMG Series
Wheat flour, mixed powder foreign matter removal dedicated round vibrating sieve G-UP Screen TMG Series
High-capacity, high-performance circular vibrating sieve specifically designed for the removal of foreign materials in flour milling (such as wheat flour and mixed flour). 【Features】 ○ By optimizing the vertical and horizontal vibration conditions of the mesh surface and increasing the excitation force, processing capacity has significantly increased compared to conventional machines. ○ Adoption of a suspended fixed cover (patented) allows for easy inspection of the mesh during operation. ○ Does not use tapping balls (reducing foreign material contamination). ○ The cassette mesh frame is easily detachable, making internal cleaning simple. ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog. ＼ Feel free to contact us for a quote request. ／

By adopting a fixed cover (patented) for the TMG-70 and TMG-100 models, it is now possible to perform inspection work on the mesh while in operation, and by balancing with a large amplitude, it has become feasible to sort tons of material with a mesh opening of 150 to 200 μm using a single stage sieve, which was previously impossible.
-
Big Scale G-UP Screen It demonstrates outstanding processing capacity with a single giant screen of φ1200mm. It is capable of processing 10-20 tons/hour with a mesh opening of 150-200μm. Of course, a fixed lid (patented) is also available. It is ideal for filling tank trucks from silos.
