A slip ring is an electrical mechanical component that transmits power to the rotating side and facilitates signal exchange between the rotating part and the fixed side.

■□■ Product Lineup ■□■ ■ Disk Type TDT - Effective when there are limitations in the depth of the rotating axis of the flat slip ring, where the fixed side has a brush mounted on a concentric ring on a rotating circuit board. ■ Split Type TSP - A type where the ring is divided into two parts. - Designed for situations where the rotating axis cannot be used and the ring cannot be passed through the axis, allowing the ring to be split for attachment to the rotating axis. - Effective when modifications to existing equipment are difficult. ■ Slide Type TSD - Brushes compatible with linear motion. - The counterpart is a rail instead of a ring. - Supplies the rail and brush. ◆ Features of the Brushes We offer brushes made from materials such as carbon, fiber, and silver fiber for use in the conductive parts. Proposals can be made to suit various conditions such as application and rotation speed. * Our proposed slip rings can be ultra-long-life types.
