RFID antenna coil, flat wire antenna coil
An antenna coil that accommodates a wide range of shapes and sizes. By only manufacturing winding molds, it is possible to accommodate a wide variety of shapes and sizes, while keeping initial costs lower compared to manufacturing methods such as etching or printing. The use of magnet wire provides excellent insulation and heat resistance, with a heat resistance class selection range of 100°C to 180°C. It complies with the RoHS directive.

The diameter of the antenna coil wire ranges from Φ0.04mm to Φ0.60mm. The dimensions of the winding mold range from approximately Φ1.0mm to Φ82.0mm. For prototypes, larger sizes can also be accommodated. The manufacturing process includes soldering the antenna coil and IC module, laminating, and epoxy molding and curing (case production is also available). The operating frequencies are 125KHz, 13.56MHz, and others. We have a large number of in-house sizes for circular winding molds. High Tag 1 and 2 modules are always in stock, allowing for quick responses to prototypes and other requests. We also support the prototyping of coils in various shapes and subsequent processes (assembly). In addition to antenna coils for tags, we can also produce antenna coils for reader/writer applications. We also perform cutting (extraction) of IC modules from reel state.
