The gas connection part is made entirely of SUS and is a clean damper → It can be connected to the inlet and outlet of various blowers or in the middle of piping to adjust the flow rate.
The gas connection parts are made of SUS304, capable of controlling high-temperature air and withstanding use in high-temperature environments. In addition to standalone use, they are also applied in "multi-branch pipes" that arrange multiple DS dampers and have a rectifying distribution structure within a box, as well as in "branch heaters" that integrate a heater for generating hot air with a multi-branch structure. Applications/Examples of results
In addition to connecting to the inlet and outlet of the blower to adjust the air volume, multiple DS dampers can be connected to the end of the branch pipe to distribute air, and they are widely used for purposes such as serving as dampers for exhaust heat in drying boxes and drying furnaces, or when branching the outlet of hot air generators.
Company information
Our company has been supplying high-precision nozzles to production facilities both domestically and internationally for over 30 years as a manufacturer of industrial air nozzles. We offer a variety of nozzles suitable for different applications, including the "Flat Air Nozzle" that ejects air in a curtain-like manner and the "Wave Jet Nozzle Patagan" that emits shock waves. We can provide advice on efficiently performing air-related tasks such as water removal, drying, dust removal, air curtains, heating, pressing, and promoting convection. We are also available to discuss energy-saving and cleaning solutions for air operations, so please feel free to consult with us!
