Sterilizing cleaning agent "Meking Cleaner"
The Plating Cleaner T is a sterilizing cleaning agent developed to have an antibacterial spectrum against all bacteria. Plating Cleaner T is generally used by adding 0.2% to the working solution, without causing any issues such as cutting performance, rust prevention, or skin irritation. Q: Are you just replacing the water-soluble cutting oil as is? A: It is used when replacing water-soluble cutting oil. Simply replacing the water-soluble cutting oil will leave bacteria in the pipes, corners of the tank, pumps, etc., leading to decay. By adding Plating Cleaner T 1 to 24 hours before the replacement, you can eliminate bacteria in every corner of the machinery, such as inside the pipes. Additionally, processing can continue as usual after the addition, so there is no loss of working time.
