  Structure of the Filter Press - Flow Sheet - It consists of plates (filter plates) and frames (filter frames) arranged alternately, with filter media sandwiched in between. The filtrate enters each frame simultaneously, passes through the filter media, and is collected on the plates for discharge. Typically, filtration is a simple process that passes the liquid through the filter media only once, but by placing a switching plate in between, precise filtration can also be performed simultaneously.

  Structure of the Filter Press - Frame - Two types of frames are available: for clear filtration or liquids with few solids, use the thinner general-purpose frame (GE type), and for large solid retention or when using filter aids, use the thicker sludge frame (SL type).
