● This is a tabletop 2-axis system device designed for cell production and precision inspection, realized automatically with easy operation. ● It adopts a special surface-treated, backlash-free mechanism for the feed screw, achieving low noise, high precision, and low cost. ● The device itself has a built-in controller, making it easy to operate with program instructions from a computer using AC 100V. ● With a standard teaching function, you can create programs on a computer, upload them, and enable automatic operation. ● Although the drive axis consists of 2 axes, the built-in controller supports 4 axes, allowing for easy addition and operation of 2-axis automatic stages. ● 3-axis linear interpolation (when an additional axis is added to the stage), 2-axis circular interpolation, and continuous interpolation movement are also possible. ● Currently, stepping motors are used, but since encoder input/output signals can be monitored, it is also possible to switch to servo motors. ● Custom specifications such as stroke changes, Z attachments, and changes to drive components can be easily accommodated.
