This Super Air Knife provides an effective method for clean, high-temperature, or low-temperature products on a conveyor. It delivers a powerful, uniform airflow that is thin like a knife across its entire width. When replaced with this compact Super Air Knife, the previously high noise of blow-off turns into a whisper. Even with a compressed air supply pressure of 5.5 BAR, it achieves an astonishing quietness of 69 dBA in any application. The air amplification ratio is 40 times. It complies with the end pressure and noise standards set by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
