Low-cost ionization bars remove sticking caused by static electricity.
The unique design of the shockless ionization bar has been proven in manufacturing environments for its performance and reliability. By attaching stainless steel ion emitters to durable plastic, the product's lifespan has been extended. There are no openings or gloves that accumulate dirt, which can cause short circuits or arc discharges. The 5kV power supply resolves issues that occurred with the conventional 7kV power supply and offers high performance.

basic information
The Exa Corporation's ionization bar attracts dust and other particles, removes static electricity from paper, film, and plastic that can cause tearing or jamming, and does not damage the appearance of products. The electronically powerful ionization bar is a compact ion source without airflow, allowing it to be installed in specific spaces of charged equipment. High concentrations of positive and negative ions quickly eliminate static electricity from surfaces within 51mm of the bar.
