Breathable MDF (high-quality wood material) is processed into the required shape and used for manufacturing and molding as a forming mold. Compared to conventional molds, the need for drilling holes to create suction holes is eliminated, and the material is inexpensive and easy to process, leading to reduced costs and shorter delivery times. Additionally, while the quality of MDF alone is stable, for molds that require greater durability, aluminum material can be combined in the forming section to achieve the same functionality as traditional molding molds.
