The "SDP series" is a full metal miniature planetary gear reducer that uses ultra-precision gears with module sizes ranging from 0.08 to 0.5, with an outer diameter of φ5 to φ31. It features a small volume, lightweight design, and a large reduction ratio, achieved through the low-cost mass production of internal gears using ultra-precision metal processing technology, resulting in the completion of full metal ultra-miniature planetary gear reducers with diameters of φ5 and φ6. ○ SDP5H: Outer diameter 5mm, total length 9.8 to 19.8mm, reduction ratio 1/4 to 1/1024, maximum instantaneous torque 10 to 40mNm, rated torque 5 to 20mNm. ○ SDP6H: Outer diameter 6mm, total length 10.6 to 21mm, reduction ratio 1/3.7 to 1/699, maximum instantaneous torque 20 to 60mNm, rated torque 10 to 40mNm. There is also a series combined with high-torque motors of φ5 and φ6, so please inquire for more information.
