This is a dedicated cleaning machine for molds that combines ultrasonic cleaning and electrolysis. The ultrasonic cleaning effectively removes solidified dirt such as deposits, while the electrolysis addresses discoloration caused by gas burning, providing a synergistic effect for thorough cleaning without damaging the mold. Removing dirt caused by gas generated from resin is easy. It can easily eliminate residues from materials like polycarbonate, which tend to produce gas. If such gas burns are left unattended, the mold will corrode, leading to irreparable damage. It revives the mold to a steel color similar to that of a new one and can tackle dirt that cannot be removed by hand polishing. Molds should always be maintained in the steel color of a new model. The photo below shows a typical mold base. You can see how gas generated by POM accumulates on the base, forming black clumps. If such gas burns are ignored, the mold will corrode, leading to dimensional inaccuracies and disrupting molding conditions, resulting in defective products. You can always keep the mold in the steel color of a new model.
