Strong against repeated bending! With the use of a wave-shaped processed pliable tube, it has a small bending radius and accommodates repeated flexing and displacement absorption.
The T640 is a fluororesin hose with a screw-type pliable specification. It has a small bending radius and is capable of repeated bending and displacement absorption. A stainless steel braid is attached to the outer layer of the spiral wave-processed pliable tube, allowing for the connection of various screw fittings. The connecting fittings use tapered threads for ISO pipes and NPT threads, among others. If you select a connecting fitting with a bag nut and adapter as a pair, you can connect the piping without rotating the hose body. 【Features】 ■ Reinforced blade on the outside of the pliable hose ■ The tube is spiral wave-processed (pliable), providing flexibility ■ Smaller bending radius compared to straight hoses ■ Strong against repeated bending ■ Option to select connecting fittings with a bag nut and adapter as a pair *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
The flagship product of Technoflex, the flexible hose, is widely used in various applications such as piping for city gas and LP gas, water supply and distribution pipes used in water purification plants and dams, as well as general construction and fire protection piping, due to its excellent heat and pressure resistance and minimal occurrence of issues due to aging. Additionally, the bellows-type expansion joint is utilized in large-scale industrial facilities such as petrochemicals, power generation, LNG, and steelmaking, and has a significant track record of deliveries. The manufacturing bases include five domestic locations that have obtained ISO9001 certification at all sites, as well as three overseas locations in Tianjin, Shanghai, and Vietnam. We have established a system that can broadly accommodate all fields, from inexpensive, readily available stock items to products requiring advanced quality control for nuclear power plants.
