Easily have a high-output UV curing device at your fingertips. We offer three types of lamps tailored to your resin.
UV curing is a technology that causes UV-curable resins, adhesives, paints, and photoresists to instantly undergo photopolymerization and harden by irradiating them with ultraviolet light (250 nm to 450 nm) emitted from a lamp. Compared to traditional thermal drying methods, these UV curing technologies significantly reduce the time required for "curing and drying," and dramatically decrease the amount of solvents used, thereby demonstrating their characteristics in terms of "energy saving," "space saving," and "environmental impact."

basic information
When a substance coated with a photosensitive ultraviolet-curable resin is irradiated with ultraviolet (UV) light, it can instantly cure, bond, and dry. Additionally, it does not require solvents, so there are no concerns about air or water pollution. This UV curing technology has expanded from the printing field to become an essential process in high-tech areas such as semiconductors, electronic components, precision parts, and optical components. A handheld type of UV curing device is available. It is ideal for small-scale production and experiments, and can be used anywhere. There are three types available to suit different curing purposes, and the lamps can be swapped out. - Metal halide lamp Fe-based 250W ASM1201SHF - Metal halide lamp Ga-based 250W ASM1201SHG - High-pressure mercury lamp 250W ASM1201SHE
