In Step 2, the uneven surface is accurately leveled and refined. ■ Effects of Microfinish - Increased extrusion discharge force - Reduced resin burning during molding - Decreased resin drooling (resin drips) - Improved resin flowability, shortened and simplified cleaning time It is effective for molds such as crossheads, dies/nipples, breaker plates, screws, and injection molds!!
