Our composite pipes are manufactured using sheet winding molding, unlike FW and PL, which allows for high design flexibility and enables us to offer complex layered pipes in small quantities at a low cost. We have a wealth of mold assets, so we can quickly produce prototypes as well.

There are numerous applications such as GFRP operation rods for power communication that require insulation, lightweight and high-speed rotating CFRP rollers, highway barrier rods, and robot arms. We can manufacture a wide variety of pipes, from round to square tubes, with a maximum diameter of φ330 and a maximum length of 3500L. We have a rich selection of molds available, allowing for immediate prototyping.
