basic information

【Features】 ●Composition No. SS10J60W-101 ●Material: CR (Chloroprene) ●Hardness: 60°±5° (JIS-A) ●Color: Black ■An example of an abnormal image caused by residual static electricity on paper A problem occurred due to the influence of charges remaining on the paper surface. The cause was identified as static electricity generated by the rubber roller on the drive side slipping, which remained on the surface of the paper and affected the toner transfer process. It was determined that suppressing the generation of charges due to slipping would be effective, and after evaluating various rubber materials, it was confirmed that using SS10J60W-101 improved image quality. While normal rubber generates charges of 1-3KV when the rubber roller slips on the paper surface, this material generates only 0.3-0.5KV under the same conditions, which is about 1/3 to 1/6 of the pre-countermeasure levels, leading to its adoption. □For other functions and details, please download the catalog.
