Minimum hole diameter: φ0.1, groove processing, deep hole processing, glass, single crystals (silicon, sapphire, etc.), ceramics. ■ Optical Components: Custom manufacturing from single prototypes to suit various applications. Various lenses, fly-eye lenses, various prisms, various mirrors, filters, and polarizing elements. ■ Ultra-Precision Polished and Bonded Components: (Micro flow cells, optical cells, etc.) Flow path cross-section can be produced from 20μm square. Custom manufacturing based on application.
