Power transmission shaft coupling
It consists of an outer gear of a hub with crowning that meshes with an inner gear of a sleeve, and features two coupling mechanisms that adjust the misalignment through surface sliding, enabling shaft alignment and torque transmission. The structural misalignment allows for angles from 1 degree to 6 degrees. The characteristics of the gear coupling include being compact, having a large transmission capacity, and high reliability as a coupling. Greasing and maintenance are required.

Company information
Since our establishment in 1970, we have continued to develop new couplings. We challenge ourselves to determine "what is the optimal shaft coupling" for various mechanical devices across a wide range of fields. Considering the original functions of couplings, additional features, and the environmental conditions surrounding mechanical devices, our customers' requirements are diverse. Our 35 years of experience serves as the foundation for providing "optimal couplings" that meet these varied demands. We design products tailored to customer needs based on compact power transmission couplings with excellent torque transmission, safety, and durability, as well as power transmission mechanisms developed by our company and standardized components. The technology accumulated by our specialized manufacturer over many years allows us to respond to all requirements through a combination system of standard and custom parts. We have operated under the concept of being a "coupling manufacturer that responds kindly and carefully to customer needs." Thanks to this, we have gained strong trust, and our products are in operation at many sites, including steel manufacturing machinery. Moving forward, we will shorten the lead time from design to shipment to "provide products that match customer requirements in a timely manner." We are committed to growing into a manufacturer of value for our customers, and we sincerely ask for your continued guidance and encouragement.
