We manufacture various metal pipes and small press parts based on customer drawings and specifications. We specialize in the production of small-diameter, thin-walled pipes (with a diameter of φ5 or less and a wall thickness of 0.5 mm or less). We handle a wide range of metals, particularly excelling in the pipe drawing processing of rare metals such as tantalum, molybdenum, niobium, and titanium, but we also produce precision tubes made from general SUS materials and nickel alloys. We can create precision tubes based on welded tube designs and seam tubes through deep drawing from plates upon request. Additionally, we offer various shapes for precision tubes, including round, square, and special shapes. As secondary processing, we perform precision machining such as hole drilling and flaring through pressing and drawing processes. Our precision tubes are supplied to various manufacturers as precision tubes that leverage the metal properties through plastic processing, used in electronic components, medical devices, power plants, sensors, and as cutting base pipes. We can produce quantities ranging from one piece to one million pieces, but we excel in producing precision tubes with strict tolerances and a wide variety of small quantities.
