Focusing on design utilizing 3D-CAD/CAE Mechanical and housing design of resin parts, flow analysis, structural analysis, etc. At Koutoku Idec Co., we utilize various analysis tools (structural analysis, resin flow analysis, etc.), starting with 3D-CAD, to improve design quality, reduce man-hours for prototypes and experiments, and shorten development periods through simulation. Additionally, by combining composite parts in 3D data, we check for motion interference of mechanical components, fitting adjustments, and clearances of mounting parts, thereby preventing product defects in advance and streamlining the development process. Our group company owns 32 injection molding machines ranging from 35t to 1300t and also performs special molding of thick-walled shapes (PFP molding, counter-pressure molding, sandwich molding) and molding of recycled PET (no need for re-pelletizing), which is impossible with general molding. *For more details, please contact us.
