**Features** - Aizawa's unique base material lifter - The base material can be loaded onto the material supply lifter and automatically fed without any additional handling. - High-precision positioning and cutting accuracy within ±0.2 mm using NC feeder and back gauge in combination. - Automatic ear cutting and separation of leftover materials - Automatic ear cutting is performed based on the selected cutting pattern, and the leftover materials are separated into a damper. The final cut is made by pushing the material with an ejector, and the leftover materials are separated into the damper by the ejector. - High reliability and productivity of mechanical shears - Suitable for sheet thicknesses of 0.4 to 3.2 mm, sheet widths of 250 to 1250 mm, and sheet lengths of 800 to 2500 mm. The shear body and conveyor frame are fixed on a common base, with a flat foundation that does not require a pit. - High-speed NC back gauge and sheet support conveyor for high-precision cutting - Back gauge speed of 6 m/min.
