Austenitic stainless steel with a high coefficient of thermal expansion (SCS13, 14, 16) is used for the gas connection components with a unique cooling method!
The "VP Series" is a Roots-type vacuum pump that uses austenitic stainless steel (SCS13, 14, 16) with corrosion resistance for the gas contact parts. It is suitable for the suction of not only condensable gases but also corrosive gases. The inlet diameter (D1) ranges from 50 to 125 mm. 【Features】 ■ Capable of handling solidification and polymerization within the pump ■ Can be manufactured using castable corrosion-resistant alloys (such as Ni-Cr-Mo alloys) ■ Available in five types to choose from based on usage conditions ■ Numerous successful implementations *For more details, please refer to the materials.
