The shipping costs for both ways will be borne by the customer. <What is Cationic Electrodeposition Coating?> This method involves immersing the workpiece in a tank filled with conductive water-based paint, making the workpiece the cathode (-), and flowing direct current between it and the anode (+), causing the paint to deposit on the surface of the workpiece through electrical force, thereby forming a coating film. <Features of Cationic Electrodeposition Coating> (1) It has excellent rust prevention properties. (It is widely used as a primer for automotive bodies.) (2) It has good adhesion and provides a uniform coating film without any missed spots. (3) There is no dripping, running, or sagging of the coating film.

The pantograph jack is developed and designed in-house, and we carry out integrated production from press processing, machining, assembly, to painting. Hot forging for manufacturing special bolts and gear blanks is a processing technology suitable for small quantities of various types. Founded in 1914, our headquarters is located in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture, and our factory is in Tamba-Sasayama City, Hyogo Prefecture. We have obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification and are an inspection factory for the Japan Water Works Association.
