Gas Burner Hope CRU Type Crucible Self-Regenerative Gas Burner
A newly developed self-regenerating burner for crucibles. 【Features】 ○ Achieves the switching of combustion flames between right and left rotation in a self-regenerating burner that enables heat accumulation combustion with a single burner. ○ Directly applying the flame to the crucible improves the lifespan of the crucible. ○ The alternating switching of the flame between right and left rotation prevents local heat and improves temperature distribution. ○ Low burner pressure loss eliminates the need for an exhaust fan, allowing for cost reduction. ○ Significant fuel savings lead to a reduction in CO2 emissions. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Company information
Our company was founded in March 1946 as Yokoi Machinery Works. Initially, our main business involved subcontracting machining work for companies such as Nagoya Railroad Co., Chubu Electric Power Co., and Meidensha Co. However, around 1950, with the arrival of the fuel revolution, we focused on the future potential of combustion devices for liquid fuels and developed the first low-pressure air atomizing oil burner. Since then, we have continued to expand our product range in response to the growing industrial structure. Our customers now span the automotive industry, metalworking industry, and pollution prevention equipment sectors. In recent years, we have also addressed global environmental issues by developing regenerative burners aimed at significantly reducing CO2 emissions and achieving energy savings through low air-fuel ratio combustion controlled by microcomputers, striving to implement new technologies that are friendly to the Earth.
