■□■Features■□■ ■A weather-resistant butyl rubber-based adhesive mixed with high-purity zinc powder to provide conductivity. ■After solvent evaporation, it solidifies while retaining some elasticity. ■Significantly reduces repair costs due to high lifecycle cost efficiency. - Can form a film thickness of over 300μm with two coats, providing excellent coating corrosion protection. - The zinc content ratio in the dried film is high, allowing the zinc powder to exert sacrificial corrosion protection over a long period. ■Easy to apply. - Can be applied immediately after substrate preparation (at least grade 3 surface treatment), with no need for primer or solvent additives. ■Effective against galvanic corrosion and crevice corrosion. - Due to zinc's high ionization tendency, it can be used in areas where dissimilar metals such as stainless steel and iron, or aluminum and iron, come into contact, protecting critical components from corrosion. ■Non-toluene type that does not contain harmful toluene. ■For more details, please contact us.
