basic information
The Cycle Flow and Cycle Flow II controllers automatically operate Graco's remote-controlled Husky diaphragm pumps, providing batch supply or injection of process liquids as needed. This remote-controlled pump discharges a specific preset amount per stroke of the diaphragm. The Cycle Flow controller counts strokes and controls the pump cycle to ensure the discharge amount. The pump cycle can be initiated by the RUN button on the front panel or a remote control switch. The controller has 32 preset values that can be selected on the front panel, and the set value for the number of cycles can be changed immediately. Additionally, the numerous cycle speeds set by switches inside the unit greatly expand the automation capabilities for Husky applications. A feature of Cycle Flow II is that it uses solenoid valves and timer relays to control the cycle speed. When powered on, the controller operates continuously at the preset cycle speed. Remote operation can be achieved by using a separate remote on/off switch (not included).
