Piston-type pumps often generate surge pressure, which affects the flow rate in fluid transfer systems. When a constant pressure is required in areas using fluid, using Graco's new SR200 surge regulator can eliminate surge pressure in the system. This product removes the energy of surge pressure without losing the amount or pressure of the fluid. By installing this SR200, you can control surge pressure without any loss of performance. Note: Set the SR200 to 0.21 MPa lower than the pump pressure. To maintain the required system pressure, adjust the air pressure or hydraulic pressure for pump operation to increase the pump discharge pressure.
