The Informer is an easy-to-use inline flow monitor consisting of an LCD display and the Graco G3000 flow meter (or any other selected flow meter). This monitor accurately measures the liquid flow rate during use, batch total flow, and cumulative total flow. Additionally, the Informer features alarms for maximum/minimum flow limits, target batch flow, and when the battery life reaches its limit. The Informer can be used to measure the amount of paint used for reporting to the relevant authorities, monitor waste liquid volume, and measure flow rates. By connecting the Informer to a regular computer using available software as an accessory, specific reports can be easily printed. When directly installed on the G3000 flow meter, it operates solely on battery power without wiring to an external power source. If the electronic display is installed on a wall, piping, or rail for remote operation, it is also possible to read data from a closer position by supplying external power. This Informer has an intrinsically safe explosion-proof structure, allowing it to be installed in hazardous locations.
