By utilizing the CCD camera, it enables the measurement of tool geometries that cannot be measured with conventional projected images displayed on a monitor. It is equipped with the new software PILOT3.0, which significantly improves usability compared to the previous MVIS2. Additionally, it retains functions such as measuring tool diameter, R-section measurement, runout verification, and tip angle measurement using projected images from the CCD camera, as before. After measurement, the results can be outputted and used as a certificate. It is equipped with optimal functions for customers engaged in tool manufacturing and regrinding. Various interfaces are also available.
