No notification required, explosion-proof type, piping density meter GDB-7000 series.
GDB-7000 Series
Due to the weak radiation source, no legal procedures are required. Although it is a radiation device, it has safety and ease of use comparable to general measuring instruments.
The radiation source used is below the lower limit quantity (regulatory target lower value), and since the radiation source is weak, no legal procedures are required. The density (concentration) of the solution or slurry flowing through the piping can be measured online without contact. The leakage radiation dose on the surface of the equipment is below 2.6 μSv/h, ensuring high safety, and due to the weak leakage radiation, the establishment of a controlled area is unnecessary. The density of the fluid can be measured without the influence of flow rate, viscosity, or particle size distribution. For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

basic information
【Features】 ○ Measurement drift is automatically corrected, eliminating the need for recalibration. ○ High reliability → 3-year warranty. ○ Suitable for measuring the density (concentration) of piping from 20A to 1000A. → However, pipes over 250A are considered special piping. ○ Piping materials can include steel pipes, plastic pipes, etc., with no restrictions on material. ○ The measurement range can be freely set within 0.0 to 3.0/cm3. → There are limitations on the upper measurement limit for larger pipe diameters. ○ Calibration can be easily performed by the user. ○ Communication between the detection unit (explosion-proof area) and the operation unit (non-explosion-proof area) uses the stable RS-422 communication method, well-regarded in the industry, with a communication distance of up to 1 km (1000 m). ○ Both the detection unit and the operation unit accept direct AC 100V input (with built-in power supply) and use high-reliability industrial components, allowing for long hours of continuous operation. ○ The operation unit can be housed in a JIS 19-inch rack. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

Company information
Our company manufactures industrial measurement instruments (density meters, concentration meters, level meters, thickness meters, moisture meters) using gamma rays (γ rays), X-rays (X-rays), and microwaves in a transmission type. All products are developed in-house and manufactured entirely at our own factory in Japan. In addition to products that do not require notification, we also produce many "certified devices with displays" that pursue high precision. We welcome inquiries from customers who are facing issues with other measurement methods. We provide consistent services from development to manufacturing, sales, maintenance, and disposal of our products containing radioactive materials within Japan. For 30 years since our establishment, we have maintained a stable supply of products and a maintenance system. We also accept custom specifications starting from one unit. We strive to deliver products that will always please our customers.
