The AT-501C2F is a machine that produces yarn known as ATY by feeding long fibers (POY, FDY) such as nylon and polyester into an air mixing nozzle using feed rollers set to an arbitrary speed. It utilizes the turbulence generated by compressed air inside the nozzle to entangle or mix the fed yarn. 【Features】 - Equipped with two feed rollers - Produces ATY by feeding FDY such as nylon and polyester into the nozzle with arbitrary overfeed - All processing condition settings are done via PLC - Condition input can be selected from touch panel or PC method - The R side and L side of the machine can produce under different conditions, and the line shaft drive system helps reduce quality variation between bobbins - Winding size is 8 inches (200mm) *Optional 10 inches (250mm) is also available - The minimum number of bobbins is 24, with the possibility of increasing by 24 bobbins (1 block) at a time *The maximum number of bobbins is 216. *For more details, please request documentation or view the PDF data available for download. *Factory tours are also possible.
