The AT-501C2F is a machine that feeds long fibers such as nylon and polyester (POY, FDY) into an air mixing nozzle using feed rollers set to an arbitrary speed, utilizing the turbulence created by compressed air inside to entangle or mix the fed yarn, thereby producing a yarn known as ATY. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with 5 feed rollers and a hot pin heater ■ Produces ATY using POY and FDY of synthetic long fibers such as nylon and polyester ■ Capable of producing T&T using a hot pin heater and a 1st heater ■ Can produce yarn with different shrinkage characteristics using the 1st heater ■ The 2nd heater allows for adjustment of the elongation and loop size of the ATY ■ All processing condition settings are done via PLC ■ Condition input can be selected from either a touch panel or PC method ■ The R side and L side of the machine can produce under different conditions, and by adopting a line shaft drive system, it reduces quality variation between weights ■ Winding size is 8 inches (200mm) * For details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download. * Factory tours are also available.
