The "AT-501 HD 900" is a machine that produces yarn known as ATY by feeding long fibers (POY, FDY) such as nylon and polyester into an air mixing nozzle via feed rollers set to an arbitrary speed. It utilizes the turbulence created by compressed air inside the nozzle to entangle or mix the fed yarn. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with four Hot rollers (φ110mm) per spindle, allowing for arbitrary speed settings. ・ Capable of supplying POY and FDY of synthetic long fibers such as nylon and polyester. ・ Adopts a stretching method using Hot rollers, enabling stable stretching of thicker supply yarns compared to shaft drive machines. ■ Produces yarn with low boiling water shrinkage rates through stretching with Hot rollers. ■ The size of the ATY loops can be adjusted using a 2,000mm second heater. ■ All processing condition settings are done via PLC. ■ Condition input can be selected from touch panel or PC methods. ■ Adopts a spindle drive method, allowing for small-lot, high-quality production. *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download. *Factory tours are also possible.
