【Features】 ■ The molecular structure primarily consists of strong siloxane bonds (Si-O), resulting in a polymer that is highly inert and achieves extremely high non-toxicity. ■ Among various rubber materials, it is particularly excellent in heat resistance, generally usable up to 200°C. ■ Due to minimal degradation from ozone in the atmosphere, it can be used stably outdoors for long periods. ■ Generally, it also excels in electrical insulation and flame retardancy, making it effective for insulation seal applications. ■ Hardness: The standard type is 55 ± 5° (Type A), and custom production is available from 40 to 80°. ■ Color: The standard is translucent, but various colors can be produced upon request. ■ Special products: In addition to general grades, flame-retardant (UL 94V-0 materials) and high-strength options are available. ■ Length cutting to desired sizes, adhesive processing, and cutting of tubular products are possible. □ For other functions and details, please contact us.
