Glass lining for static electricity countermeasures achieves conductor-level performance against static electricity by using conductive ceramics.
In recent years, due to the diversification of needs in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, accidents or usage problems caused by static electricity generated by glass lining products have frequently occurred. However, since glass lining itself has high insulation properties, solving this problem has not been easy. Our company has addressed this issue by using conductive ceramics and has developed glass "SEF," which maintains the same characteristics as before.

basic information
- Successfully reduced the potential within the glass layer by instantaneously leaking static electricity from the glass surface to the steel plate side, achieving a charge amount of less than 1% compared to conventional glass lining. - By suppressing the charging of the contents, the risk of ignition or explosion due to static electricity is reduced, and damage to the glass lining is also minimized. - Clears the same physical performance as conventional glass lining, allowing for similar usage as conventional glass lining.
