Pre-coated threaded joints are products with stable quality, where a fluororesin-based sealant is applied to the PT threaded section in advance using a coating machine, allowing for control over the amount and width of the application. ◎ Since wrapping seal tape or applying liquid gaskets is unnecessary, on-site construction efficiency is improved. ◎ Uniform quality control is possible with a dedicated coating machine, preventing contamination and defects caused by uneven wrapping of seal tape, as well as under-application or over-application of liquid gaskets leading to leaks. ◎ Reduction and simplification of work time, leading to increased productivity. ◎ Excellent pressure resistance, oil resistance, and chemical resistance.
