Generally, we handle up to 20.0 mm, but we can accept products over 20.0 mm in limited quantities. We also offer processing such as plating and hardening, so please consult with us. ◆Processing materials are... We widely accommodate materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, iron, SK materials, and plastics. We can also process difficult-to-machine materials like SUS304, 316, 440C, Kovar, and Permalloy. ◆Quantity is... We specialize in producing about 1,000 to 5,000 pieces per month, but for some products, we can process in mass production quantities of about 10,000 to 20,000 pieces. Additionally, we can accommodate orders starting from one piece for prototype parts. ◆Other technologies are... We excel in outer diameter grinding from 0.2 to 20.0 mm using centerless grinding, and we also specialize in screw machining from M2 to M6 using screw rolling machines, so we can accept orders for secondary processing only.
