Unravel the pile like water! It is possible to achieve the same quality of tufting without being affected by the environment.
We would like to introduce the "Electrostatic Flocking Device" handled by Messack Co., Ltd. The piles applied by the electrode device are flocked vertically to the workpiece along the electric field lines, enabling dense and high-quality flocking decoration. Additionally, the excess piles that are blown up can be utilized without flowing out within the integrated device, achieving a reduction in pile costs and high cost performance. 【Features】 ■ Piles: Flocked vertically to the workpiece along the electric field lines ■ Capable of performing dense and high-quality flocking decoration ■ Excess piles blown up can be utilized without flowing out within the integrated device ■ Achieves a reduction in pile costs and high cost performance ■ Incorporates a humidifying device to create a stable condition *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
