■ The leak testing method for HEPA filters is specified by ISO. ISO14633-3 JIS B 9917-3 The time for scanning the filter surface is determined by the size of the filter and the size of the suction probe. After entering the conditions into the computer and adjusting the upstream concentration of the filter, measurements are started.
