1. Do not contaminate the clean room. For airflow visualization in the clean room, we use a tracer gas (clean fogger) that turns pure water into mist. Visualization is important for improving the performance of the clean room by checking for backflow of air and areas where air may stagnate. 2. GMP Validation It can be used as documentation for regular validation, such as confirming the airflow direction when opening and closing the doors of the sterile clean booth, and checking the airflow direction between rooms with different air pressures. 3. Combination with Laser Light Source For checking airflow in large spaces or throughout the room, laser light is projected to capture airflow images of the spatial cross-section. Laser light is also used for visualizing fine particles. A high-sensitivity camera can record the behavior of sub-micron particles. 4. Image Analysis and Temperature Visualization It is possible to analyze airflow velocity from the recorded video. Additionally, visualization is performed using thermal images from a thermographic camera. *This system does not sell equipment. It is a proposal for measurement services.
