LAPP's ÖLFLEX-FD series is a cable for highly flexible power chains. With ultra-fine stranded copper conductors that comply with IEC60228 Class 6 and a short-span twisted structure, it offers excellent resistance to continuous bending movements and achieves a small bending radius. The FD series is designed to withstand at least 5 million bends. In LAPP's lab tests, representative sizes of the cable have passed cycle tests of over 10 million under harsh conditions. In some cases, certain cables have even reached up to 60 million bends.
