The portable phased array ultrasonic flaw detector, Krautkramer PhasorXS, is equipped with phased array and linear array functions, and is also used in medical ultrasound diagnostic devices (ultrasound machines). It features the ability to clearly display inspection results such as cross-sectional images and planar images. As a conventional high-performance ultrasonic flaw detector, it serves dual purposes as a phased array flaw detector. Weighing only 3.8 kg, it is a battery-operated portable type. With this upgrade, new features such as the display function for weld preparation have been added, enabling even clearer result presentations.
