The SS monitor is a system that provides reliable slump estimation by utilizing range curves, supporting the mixing process of fresh concrete.
SCS is a system that supports the production of fresh concrete by guiding the surface water level setting of fine aggregates, taking into account the data from microwave moisture sensors and the factors affecting slump, as if a veteran operator were managing the slump.

basic information
**Features** 〇 Conventional moisture meters require calibration work, which is essential but makes ideal data collection difficult and the creation of calibration curves very labor-intensive. In this regard, our company has developed a function that allows for easy creation of calibration curves using a new method. 〇 In the case of belt conveyor weighing or external storage bin types, it becomes particularly challenging to maintain a constant flow of aggregates at the sensor measurement surface. By addressing these issues with software, we achieved high precision while also enabling compatibility with various plants through optional mounting brackets. 〇 The sensor is designed with a wear-resistant structure and can measure aggregates up to 20mm. Additionally, by adopting microwave measurement principles, we have achieved high precision of ±0.3%. 〇 Based on the distribution of load during the mixing process and the distribution of slump values from slump tests, we create a range curve that is patented by our company, allowing for more reliable slump estimation. 〇 The mixing monitor screen registers the time axis (X-axis) and load axis (Y-axis) as five patterns of graphs, automatically switching the displayed graph based on the recognition of mixing categories. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.
