Salt concentration monitoring is possible in the Chikugo River.
This device is designed for monitoring salinity in the Chichao River. It is installed in the river or nearby wells and automatically continuously measures and records changes in salinity levels due to seawater over an extended period, while also providing constant digital display. Additionally, the ESR-5 type special 9-electrode (4-electrode composite) sensor is simple and robust, with no moving parts, eliminating the need for overhauls and resulting in extremely low maintenance costs, which is its greatest feature.

Company information
For over 50 years, we have been involved in the development and manufacturing of hydrological, water quality, and oceanographic observation instruments that are committed to field specifications in order to understand water as it is. The DENTAN Group has served as a bridge between people and nature, watching over outdoor water environments. During this time, people have transformed water, which was once abundant and used metaphorically in Japan as if it were flowing freely, into a limited resource. They have realized that this has placed excessive burdens not only on themselves but on all living beings, that is, the natural environment. Now, there is a significant shift in awareness regarding the importance of water resources. To create an environment where people can appreciate nature, the DENTAN Group will continue to do our utmost, albeit with limited power.
