Improved environmental resistance! Increased mechanical strength! Highly reliable limit switch.
The MGL5000 series is highly resistant to environmental factors and offers a wide variety of options. As a limit switch that requires high reliability, it is a genuine industrial limit switch designed to enhance environmental resistance and possess high mechanical strength. **Features** - **High Mechanical Strength** The housing is made of aluminum alloy die-cast, providing a lightweight yet robust structure with sufficient strength for mounting flanges and other components. The actuator part has a large total travel (T.T), allowing the switch's high mechanical strength to be fully utilized during operation. - **Excellent Environmental Resistance** "Protection Structure" The oil seal on the shaft and the O-ring seal on the cover create a waterproof, oil-resistant, and dust-proof structure suitable for outdoor use. "Vibration and Shock Resistance" With an excellent internal operating mechanism and the synergistic effect of stable contact pressure from the internal switch's snap action, it possesses high vibration and shock resistance. - **Long Lifespan and High Reliability** The front shaft bearing uses roller bearings, and the rear shaft bearing is fixed to the housing, ensuring mechanical longevity.
