Quickly resolve the confusion in the conveyor line caused by a shoot blockage!
The chute switch is a device designed to emit an alarm signal and emergency stop the belt conveyor when the intermediate chute or tripper chute of the belt conveyor is blocked by transported materials. It is installed on the side wall of the chute and operates by moving a detection plate due to the lateral pressure from accumulated ore and other materials. 【Benefits of Introduction】 By detecting chute blockages early, 1. Overflow can be avoided, reducing dust emissions into the surrounding environment. 2. Damage to the conveyor and the risk of fire can be prevented. 3. It can prevent the supply to the next process from being interrupted, avoiding quality deterioration.
